Terms and Conditions for 'Destination Self Love' Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the 'Destination Self Love' program (the “Program”) provided by Elisha Tamasi, The Polynesian Life Coach (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  • Participants must have internet access and a valid email address to engage with the Program materials and coaching calls.

2. Program Inclusions

  • The Program, as outlined in your purchase details, offers either a 6-month or 12-month coaching experience, depending on the package selected at the time of enrollment.
  • The Program includes 1 coaching call per month and 1x Lesson/Focus call quarterly, along with access to any additional resources or materials provided by the coach.
  • Participants will receive access to exclusive Program materials, including digital resources, coaching tools, and additional content to support their journey toward self-love and confidence.
  • The Program is focused on personal development and is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice or treatment.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Program fees are outlined at the time of enrollment and must be paid in full or in accordance with the payment plan selected.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by us in writing.
  • Failure to meet the payment deadlines will result in your access to the Program being paused, and any missed time or sessions during this period will be forfeited. To restore access, all outstanding payments must be settled.
  • Continued failure to make payments may result in the permanent forfeiture of your membership and the imposition of a late fee and cancellation fee.

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your participation in the Program before completing the full term (6 or 12 months), you are required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is equivalent to 50% of your total program fees.

  • Upon cancellation, your access to the Program and all associated materials, including coaching calls, will be terminated immediately.

  • The cancellation fee must be paid in full at the time of cancellation. Failure to pay may result in the immediate forfeiture of access and further action to recover outstanding amounts.

  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us during the Program, including during coaching calls or in written communications, will be kept confidential, except where required by law.
  • You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not to share their personal stories or information outside of the Program.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Program materials, including lessons, tools, videos, and digital downloads, are the intellectual property of The Polynesian Life Coach and are provided for your personal use only.
  • You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or sell any Program materials without express written consent from The Polynesian Life Coach.

8. Participant Responsibility

  • By participating in the Program, you agree to engage fully with the lessons and coaching calls, and to apply the principles and teachings to your personal development.
  • Your success in the Program depends on your commitment to the process. We do not guarantee specific results, as personal growth is individual and dependent on many factors.

9. Code of Conduct

  • We foster a supportive and positive environment for all participants. You agree to treat other participants with respect and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program who violates these terms or behaves in a way that is harmful to the community or the Company.

10. Coaching Disclaimer

  • The coaching services provided during the Program are intended to support your personal development, self-love, and confidence. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
  • You acknowledge that any decisions or actions you take as a result of coaching are your own responsibility.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these terms and conditions.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to all Program materials and future coaching calls.

12. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Program portal.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in the Program will be resolved through mediation before resorting to legal proceedings.
