These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any services, offers, events, coaching, programmes, workshops, speaking engagements, memberships, masterclasses, digital products, or other experiences provided by Elisha Tamasi, trading as So Extra (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, attending, accessing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in our services unless otherwise agreed in writing with parent/guardian consent where legally permitted.
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
a valid email address,
reliable internet access (where applicable),
and any technology required to access online services, materials, or calls.
2. Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all offers and services provided by So Extra / Elisha Tamasi, including but not limited to:
1:1 coaching
group coaching programmes
online programmes and courses
workshops and masterclasses
live events and retreats
memberships and communities
speaking engagements
digital resources, trainings, and downloadable materials
any other paid or free services provided by us
Specific details for each offer (including inclusions, duration, delivery method, and pricing) will be outlined on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, agreement, or promotional material.
3. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that:
you are voluntarily participating,
you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results,
and your outcomes are dependent on your own personal effort, commitment, circumstances, and follow-through.
We do not guarantee any specific result, transformation, income level, confidence outcome, business success, relationship outcome, or personal breakthrough.
4. Coaching & Personal Development Disclaimer
Our coaching, speaking, education, workshops, and programmes are designed for personal development, confidence, self-worth, self-love, mindset, and empowerment purposes only.
They are not a substitute for:
therapy,
counselling,
psychological treatment,
psychiatric care,
medical advice,
nutritional treatment,
or any licensed professional support.
If you require medical, mental health, therapeutic, or crisis support, you should seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency stated at the time of purchase.
By purchasing any service or offer, you agree to pay:
the full amount upfront, or
the payment plan selected at checkout.
You authorise us (and/or our payment processor) to process your payments in accordance with the option you selected.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of whether you continue to participate, attend, access, or use the service.
6. Failed Payments & Payment Defaults
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or remains overdue:
your access to the relevant service, programme, portal, community, materials, calls, or event may be paused or removed,
any missed time, sessions, bonuses, or access during that period may be forfeited,
and we reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts owed.
If payment remains unpaid, we may:
suspend or terminate your access,
remove you from the offer,
deny future participation,
and/or take further action to recover outstanding balances where legally permitted.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing:
All purchases are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
coaching services,
programmes,
memberships,
events,
workshops,
masterclasses,
speaking fees,
deposits,
digital products,
downloadable resources,
and payment plans.
You are responsible for making sure the offer is right for you before purchasing.
Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, lack of participation, or failure to attend/access does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Cancellations by Client
If you choose to cancel a programme, coaching container, service, or agreement before completion:
all payments already made remain non-refundable,
and any remaining balance on your payment plan may still be due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a cancellation fee or early termination clause applies to a specific offer, that will be stated on the relevant sales page, invoice, contract, or checkout terms.
If no specific cancellation clause is stated for a particular offer, we reserve the right to determine the financial obligations owing based on the nature of the service and the commitment made at the time of purchase.
9. Rescheduling, Missed Calls & No-Shows
For coaching calls, mentoring sessions, consultations, or booked appointments:
you are responsible for attending at the scheduled time,
if you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time,
and if you miss the session or do not attend, it may be forfeited.
Reschedules may be allowed at our discretion if sufficient notice is provided.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a call or session.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend, the session may be considered used and forfeited.
10. Events, Workshops & Live Experiences
For any in-person or virtual event, workshop, retreat, or live experience:
your ticket or booking is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law,
you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, transport, insurance, and personal expenses unless expressly included,
and you are responsible for arriving on time and following any event instructions provided.
We reserve the right to:
change the event format,
reschedule dates,
change venue or location,
adjust the run sheet or inclusions,
substitute speakers/facilitators if required,
or cancel an event where necessary.
If we cancel an event entirely and do not reschedule it, we may offer a refund, credit, or transfer at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
11. Speaking Engagements
For speaking engagements, guest appearances, panels, workshops, corporate sessions, or facilitated experiences booked with us:
booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing,
any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed,
and the client/organiser is responsible for any agreed event requirements, logistics, venue arrangements, and payment deadlines.
Additional terms for speaking engagements may be provided separately in a proposal, invoice, or agreement and will apply alongside these Terms.
12. Memberships, Communities & Group Spaces
If you join any membership, community, private group, or client container hosted by us, you agree to engage respectfully and uphold the integrity of the space.
You must not:
harass, bully, shame, or discriminate against others,
use the space for spam, unsolicited selling, or self-promotion unless expressly permitted,
disrupt the environment,
or behave in a way that is harmful to the community.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from any group, membership, event, programme, or community at our discretion if their behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
13. Confidentiality
We value privacy and ask all participants to do the same.
Any personal information you share with us will be handled with care and respect.
Where group coaching, events, communities, or shared spaces are involved, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of what other participants share and not disclose their personal stories, identities, or experiences outside the space without their explicit permission.
Please note that while we will always do our best to create a safe and respectful environment, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other participants in group settings.
14. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to So Extra / Elisha Tamasi and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
programme content,
coaching frameworks,
workbooks,
trainings,
videos,
PDFs,
slide decks,
event content,
digital resources,
branding,
messaging,
worksheets,
prompts,
templates,
and any written, spoken, or recorded material.
You may access these materials for your personal use only.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
copy,
reproduce,
share,
screenshot for distribution,
republish,
resell,
teach,
upload,
distribute,
or commercially use any of our content or materials.
15. Recording & Content Use
Some calls, trainings, workshops, events, or group sessions may be recorded for replay, training, promotional, educational, or internal business purposes.
By participating in any group or live environment, you acknowledge that your voice, image, comments, or participation may appear in recordings unless otherwise stated.
If we wish to use a testimonial, image, quote, or client win in a public-facing way that personally identifies you, we will seek permission where appropriate.
You are not permitted to record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute our sessions, materials, or events without express written permission.
16. Testimonials
If you provide a testimonial, review, written feedback, voice note, video, DM, or message about your experience with our services, you grant us permission to use that feedback for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.
We may edit testimonials for length, grammar, or clarity, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
17. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during your participation in any of our services.
Where activities involve movement, emotional processing, breathwork, embodiment practices, or live participation, you agree to participate at your own discretion and in a way that feels safe and appropriate for your body and circumstances.
You are responsible for seeking medical or professional clearance where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from your participation.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, So Extra / Elisha Tamasi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in any service, event, programme, or offer.
This includes but is not limited to:
loss of income,
loss of business,
emotional distress,
missed opportunities,
personal decisions,
technology issues,
travel disruptions,
or dissatisfaction with results.
Our total liability, where liability cannot be excluded, is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Technology & Access
We are not responsible for:
internet outages,
platform issues,
email delivery issues,
login issues caused by incorrect information,
third-party software failures,
or your inability to access content due to your own technology limitations.
It is your responsibility to ensure your details are entered correctly and to contact us promptly if you are having access issues.
20. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any person, programme, event, or service at our discretion where we believe participation is inappropriate, unsafe, unethical, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.
21. Changes to Offers
We reserve the right to update, change, improve, replace, or remove aspects of our services, programmes, inclusions, materials, or delivery format where reasonably necessary.
This may include:
changing dates or times,
updating content,
replacing bonuses,
changing call formats,
moving from live to recorded delivery where needed,
or refining the structure of an offer.
These changes do not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
22. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
The latest version will apply from the date it is published or provided to you.
By continuing to access or participate in our services after any updates, you accept the revised Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless otherwise required by law or otherwise agreed in writing for a specific commercial engagement.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through discussion or mediation before formal legal proceedings are commenced, where appropriate.
